I'll be joining a team from TCIN (Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience) for European Researchers' Night on Friday Sept 27th from 2-8pm in Trinity front square. More info below:

TCIN: Cartoons, Paintings and Rubber Ducks
Join the team from Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience for a fun and interactive display for all ages! We'll have family friendly activities and you'll get a chance to engage with the scientists and talk about their research in cognition throughout the lifespan and multi sensory perception in children. Visitors to the stand can also learn about facial recognition and take home their own digital portrait. The TCIN team will be joined by the current artist in residence who will present the work he has been making in response to their research and explaining why this collaboration has led to an obsession with painting rubber ducks.

General Info:

European Researchers’ Night is a Europe-wide event, where people come together to celebrate and learn about research. It has run annually since 2005 and Trinity College Dublin has held an event each year since 2013. This event provides a unique opportunity for researchers and the public to interact with each other, and to bring research to a wider audience. This year sees Trinity, RCSI, and the ADAPT research centre partner to present Start Talking About Research Today!
